In The Personalisation Box – Please Enter:

1.  Colour required from our colour chart (please use exact colour name)
2.  If required – Reverse facing image to use on inside windows
3. Will be sent in Matt finish unless you specify Gloss 
(Generally matt looks much better on walls than gloss as its doesn’t reflect the light)

You will receive:
1 x Decal with application tape ready applied.
1 x Installation Instructions.

Tips for application

• Lay your decal flat and allow it to get to room temperature for 24 hours
• Choose the spot you want your wall art
• Make sure the wall is dust free, clean and dry (We recommend a smooth, flat surface)
• Before removing the application tape, use masking tape to hold it to the wall and stand back to check
  you are happy with positioning.
• Use a ruler and spirit level to ensure you don’t make mistakes
• You Tube is a great resource for showing you how to apply decals to walls and cars.

Can you apply these vinyls on the inside of windows? Yes, you can apply our vinyls to the inside of windows. If you want the vinyl to be the right way from the outside, please request a reverse cut in the personalisation box and we will flip it for you.

FRESH PAINTED WALLS
Please allow at least three weeks for your freshly painted wall to dry out before adding decals, as the oils and solvents in the fresh paint will react with the vinyl and stop it from sticking to the wall adequately.

OUTDOORS 
Can you use your decal outdoors? – Yes ! as long as you apply it to a smooth dry surface when applying the decal. All our vinyl is water resistant.

SUPPORT
We try and be reactive as we can to message. We are a small team of 5 and will get round as fast as we can to answering you.

SHIPPING
Orders are sent out within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment. However, at busy periods of the year, such as Christmas, dispatch time may be a little later. We ship worldwide. Please be patient we use royal mail and Everi and once we pass the parcel to them we are in their hands.

HAND MADE
All of our decals are made by hand here at Wicked Stickers in the UK.
All decals are checked by a different person on the team to that who has made it for quality purposes.

FITTING
If you are unsure of how to fit the vinyl or stickers using the instructions supplied or have any other problems, please contact us, before you remove the application tape we want you to be happy with your purchase and the decal to fit perfectly

RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep the product in original condition of which you received it in and do not remove it from its application tape.
